This is Dead Reckoning by Charlaine Harris, and the 11th book in the Southern Vampire Mystery Series, also known as the books that the HBO Hit show True Blood is loosely based on.
I made the mistake of buying the paperback version of this, and I forgot I had the hardback at home. Brand new paperback book, never been read.

This would be great for a Charlaine Harris/True Blood fan!

Overview:
"There are some problems that Sookie Stackhouse can't ignore; for one, the firebombing that she witnessed at Merlotte's, the bar where she works. Of course, true to form, our favorite telepath also has other dangerous things on her mind; for example, her Significant Other Eric Northman and his "child" Pam seem intent on killing their vampire master.
