2. These items are FREE, with FREE SHIPPING. I always send them without delivery confirmation, to allow me to keep providing free shipping. I am allowed up to 7 days to ship out items once the bid has ended, but will normally be able to ship it out within 1-2 days. I will then mark the item as shipped.

3. I will not refund credits for accidental bidding.

4. I do have pets, however, they are not allowed on the second floor and the door to the room my Listia items are in is always closed. All items are freshly cleaned and checked before posting and then stored in plastic zip-bags before shipping. It is however possible to find a pet hair on your item.

5. Many items I list are from second hand stores, and I am unsure of their previous owners/history. As mentioned above all items are freshly cleaned and checked before posting. However I cannot guarantee there are 100% smoke free.
