Here is a nice 1947, Centenary International Philatelic Exhibition Issure Souvenir Sheet. Shows a 5 Cents Franklin and a 10 Cents Washington. It is Scotts #948. It is in fair condition. Has a crease in the upper right corner and some blue missing on the Franklin Stamp.
