The listing, Light blue, sparkly flip flops has ended.

VERY CUTE light blue flip flops. The tops are very sparkly (looks great with tan feet) and the bottoms are a light sand brown. My husband bought them for me in Florida and I love them but I have sooo many flip flops. I have NEVER worn them!!

What is the bottom part made of?

Sorry it takes me a while to get back in touch. The size is about 7.5 or 8 and the bottom is a light blue foamy tipe stuff. Its not rubber so they're a little slick but not too bad.

As for where they were made, I'm not sure. I'm at work, I'll go home and see if there's any kind of sticker on them, I don't think there is, but I'll check and get back.
