Items come from a smoking home with pets but will be fumigated ( I hate the smell of old smoke! ) I do my best to make sure nothing arrives smelling like an old stale dirty ashtray ( gag puke! ) and have had no complaints yet, a plastic bag, some fabreeze for a few days and all's good!

I don't do buyers remorse, I try to list all faults and issues and photograph as much as I can.
