Is the waist adjustable? What is the measurment across the thigh and length from waist to bottom of leg?

yes the waist is adjustable like a belt in the front and you can also adjust the back alittle by loosening the laces some it's set to a small me cause I was little then, let me know if you have other questions.

I believe chaps are gender nuetral (unless they are pink) but they are adjustable to a degree. I'm a woman so they set up on the smallish side of medium.

This I do not know however if well treated they should last a very long time. I applied leather conditioner last year and haven't worn them since but i assure you they are in like new condition

I received a question in reference to measurements that I overlooked, chaps are worn at or just above hips these measure at 42 inches long from top to bottom and the thigh is roughly 23-24 inches around on mid thigh
