The listing, AIR NIKE SHOES has ended.
Air Nike Shoes! Purchased from Sports Authority, Never Have Been Worn! Perfect condition! Women's size 9. If I convert shoe size from women's to fit a man or teenage boy, I would do that. As I think either a girl or boy would wear these! Any questions, please ask. Enjoy!
Questions & Comments
Very nice auction item... however, vicky, I see that there is some type of "stain" on the Left back of the sneaker?, the bottoms look amazing! However, if that IS a stain will it come out, or have you tried to clean it, or is it a camera defect?, Thanks in advance. Sincerely, Mrs WIDLAK
Mrs Widlak. I thank you for your question. If you look back, you will see that question as been asked. As far as I know my camera is not defective. They look exactly like the pictures. As, my description is accurate. I am not a shoe manufacturer, however I will answer your question from my perspective, just my knowledge, from researching how shoes are manufactured also from being a buyer of a major department store. Shoes are glued together, therefore, it could be the glue showing through. The discoloration is on the heal, where the AIR NIKE was placed on it. As described, these have never been worn. I would never put an item up on Listia, that needed to be cleaned. I pride myself with the honest pictures and description, exactly as the item is. I thank you for asking, as I have great respect for people who have a question. I cannot change how the items looks, all I can control is how I present the item.
Hi blainedennison7, I looked at the size tag in the shoe. It does not state the year they were manufactured. The SKU# on the tag is 105232 441 00. If you contact Nike, perhaps they can tell you the year they were manufactured. I certainly hope they can help you more than I can. I do know they were kept in my walk in closet, never have been in sunlight. If you find out any information, please let me know. I am very eager to find out the answer to this mystery. I have learned something from your question. From now on when I buy a pair of shoes I will always ask what year they were manufactured. I love to learn. I thank you for your question. Vicky
Are these for a female ?? For I see you say they maybe unisex . Can U tell me what sz. they would be for a male ? Thank You F&W Plz fan back . Nice auction !!
Rozie, They are women's size 9. I looked up the conversion online, it stated to subtract 2 from a women's size to find a man's size. Therefore they should fit a size 7 in men's size, according to the shoe conversion chart. Yes, I think either a man or women would wear these. Fanned you as well! Thanks
Vicky, the shoes look very nice and you are not charging for shipping! Do you have any more in your walk-in-closet that you want to get rid of? Your pictures are outstanding. Thanks for all the different views of the shoes. I fanned you. Please fan me back. I would bid for these shoes but I don't have enough credits now that the bid is over 25k. Thank you so much!
Michael123, no I wish I did have more shoes in my dark walk-in-closet, that I could put on listia. Thank you kindly for your compliments on my pictures. I try very hard to be up-front and honest on Listia. I fanned you as well! Yes it is free shipping! Thank You!
Mikki_ga, thank you. I have read alot about why this occurs on soles of tennis shoes. Yes your suggestion of the white eraser, as well as Retrobrite, or white shoe plish will take care of this. I do know they have not been exposed to sunlight, never worn, and tennis shoe soles can be made of rubber or synthetic material! I do know Nike's are made in China. However I post things on listia as they are, I do not try to alter the item after I post it. If the winner wants to try to experiment on the soles of the shoes, that is up to them! I honestly thank you for sharing your suggestion. I am happy have the bids that I have, and someone who wants them really wants them! Now on a comical note, this has been such an issue, and has been quite fun, how many people get down on the floor and look at the soles of your shoes? Thank you, I know you will be of help to those concerned! Fanned you! Thank You!
you go girl don't take any bull crap from ANYONE. bY the way I HAVE NEVER SAW ANYONE GET ON THE FLOOR TO LOOK AT MY SHOES And if I did I'd hand them a cloth to clean them if it bothered them that bad. LOL
Oh For Goodness Sakers, iplayrook, the visual of your comment tickled me to the bottom of my tummy! If you win these, I will tuck in a clean cloth! giggle! I am still laughing! Now if I lived closer to my Nephew, who has his PHD in science, I would have him take the shoes into the lab to get to the bottom of this mystery. I love your profile pic of you and your daddy! You both look so kind! People like you make Listia interesting and fun! Thank you so much for making my day! Vicky
Miss Vicky, Do these shoes have an good arch, and can you tell with the shoe on your foot if the heal is spongy or kind of hard. I'm a caregiver take care of Dementia patients in a run all day need a lot of support on my feet.
My friend, I just put them on and walked around on the carpet and hardwood floors. They do have a good arch support and spongy heal. Hope you do not mind that I put them on and walked around! I always have to check shoes when I buy them for a high instep, as that is what I have. As you can see, the heal is raised a bit, which shows they are cushioned. The only reason I put them up on Listia is because I am a conservative Victorian Lady, and I wanted to step out of the box and try something new. However, I never had the nerve to wear them. They were just not me. I do wish I could wear cheap flat hard soled shoes, but I can't therefore, I have wear comfortable shoes for my feet, which these are. I hope this helps my friend! The inside of the shoe does have arch and side support.
