No, the shoes that you put then on has to have laces or has to be a shoe that has "holes" in them. Like any croc type shoe. I hope this answers your question. So no, they will not attach to velcro, and I assume that if you have any type of material with an opening then they would fit into the opening.Hope this helps. Thanks
