I bought this off yandy.com for my hubby for valentines day, and it is too big, I took it out of the package and knew right away. Never worn! Well just my luck my pup chewed the packaging, so I cannot return. It fits D-DD in the chest and I am a 15 waist, but this was much bigger then I am. It is very cute! I am disappointed!
