This is a 1996 S Washington Quarter. Proof 70. Certification Number: 2000010399. It is in a bright coin that is in an airtight container. This is the actual coin you will receive, the first photo is not a stock photo (the back picture is a stock photo to show the certification company). I purchased these coins a number of years ago from a coin dealer. With moving across country in a few months I am liquidating many of my belongings. My loss is your gain when it comes to these fantastic coins.

PCC is not recognized by any professional numismatic collectors or organizations. This doesn't appear to be a legitimate certification. In fact other online auction sites would forbid this coin from being auctioned as "certified". The only four nationally recognized numismatiic grading services are PCGS, NGC (formally NCS), ANACS and ICG.
