This is a Gauge Plug Earring. It can be used to Gauge your pierced ears or very cool to wear at its largest setting. Its very colorful : Light Blue, Hot Pink & Black. This is Brand new. I got it for a gift opened the package and put in my jewlery box and I am never going to use it. Hope someone will enjoy it. Happy Bidding!!!

I don't know the exact size but the largest part is just a little smaller than a pencil eraser. hope that helps Its exactly 2 inches long the flat part on top measures 1/8" (3.5 mm)

I looked at a size chart for gauged earrings seems like it might be an 8G according to the chart.

Yes there is only one.This was purchased as one Earring for Gauging ears and was givent o me as a gift but it can also been worn as is. It doesn't have to be used to stretch your peircings but you can use it for both. :)
