yes it does have wifi but sorry cannot lower shipping. that is what it will cost to ship i am not making any money off the shipping

this is a great phone. i loved it but my husband felt i needed an upgrade lol. why i don't know. i only use it to talk to him and a few others. it does have everything you need for getting online. it does NOT have a sim card or sd card. you will need to provide that. it is currently through page plus but can be switched to which ever provider you prefer. page plus was in expensive and had great service. i still use page plus now. REMEMBER this has been re-set to factory setting so you will have to dl any apps you want and have it activated. if you have any questions i will be happy to answer them
