the one spot for the disc, is usually 2 on top of each other, the dvd is on bottom and game on top.but I guess you've checked that already. some cases have holders for 2 discs, some just have them in paper sleeves and this is the only one I have seen so far that just stacked them like that.

It doesnt its in a hard case with the books and the walk through disc and only one spot for the disc
