CONGRATULATIONS!!! How did u lose weight, if u don't mind me asking. I've been trying for years and it seems like instead of losing the weight I am just gaining it... I'm watching what I eat and I am cutting back on sugary foods and drinks but I don't see a change or difference.

Tanks. Those are the problems I had too, but I ended up having surgery (vertical sleeve gasterectomy) and have lost 100 pounds since July 27th!

Ya I am thinking about getting something like done in the future too (once I am able to afford seeing a doctor) cuz it's really starting to effect my health (heart problems and self esteem). Plus it is really hard to find cute things for plus size girls. What does your surgery do? Some will get rid of the fat and some will shrink ur stomach... Again, Congratulations!

mine actually removed 85 percent of my stomach. I only eat about 3 ounces at a time and I go to the gym 5 days a week. if you ever need to talk or need advice feel free to message me!

way to go on weight loss, me I dropped 175 in 1 year, did some studying and discovered if you drink water while or before you eat the fat content sticks to your stomach lining and after never losing weight my whole teen and adult life I wait until I'm 59 to loss weight lol
