i cannot say for sure, but looks unworn to me.
no padding, pull over styling.
slinky but quality like satin feel. does have stretch
approx. meas:
underarm to underarm: 14" (easily stretches to 18" across)
total length, from top of strap to hemline: 28" (straps adjust so could be made a bit longer)
hand wash cold water.
has some wrinkling from being folded, but should fall out nicely with a light steaming or washing or pressing.
