Singapore, 26 March 2007 – The traditional wedding costumes of Singapore and Korea, in their rich colors and joyous splendor, will be featured on the joint stamp issue of Singapore Post (SingPost) and Korea Post to be released on 30 Mar 07. This is to mark the growing interest of both Singaporeans and Koreans in one another’s culture and history over the recent years. This is also the first major collaboration between SingPost and Korea Post.

The joint stamp issue is designed by Professor Yun Yeo-whan of Korea’s Chungnam National University.
