Around it is 10.5 inches inside it is2.5 diameter.

The diameter of the red and green ones are two and one half inches. The circumference is ten and one half inches. So if you want to know if your hand will go through--squeeze it as if putting on a bracelet and measure--if it is more than 3 inches--it might not fit. My hand is 3 inches across without squeezing it.
