wow a lot of yugioh players will bid maybe couple thousands credits for the hobby league Heavy Storm since you can use it in the game. However, we kind off don't want to pay shipping. I've done this for a while. If you want more credit you may offer free shipping even if it's just a dollar.

All of my shipping is normally a dollar because it is what I myself pay for shipping and I think it is def fair enough! Im not here for credits Im here to help my fellow yugioh players, and being a judge I have a lot of cards that Im not using to get off of my hands! If any bidder is worried about paying the dollar via paypal we can always work it out to where the bidder can send me the dollar via mail, either way its a great deal!!! Also, if you win more than five cards you get shipping for free anyway!
