It looks like a quilt pattern because the stitching appears as if it was sewed piece by piece. It's a very pretty design. If you look you can see the stitching in every piece of the blouse plus how the patterns are running throughout the blouse. This is an extremely nice blouse. Could wear for casual or work. The material is 100% polyester. Measurements taken with item laying flat. Across front from underarm to underarm: 23 1/2 inches. Total length from top of shoulder to hem: 30 inches.
