The listing, Plastic Toy Hummer2 with New Bright logo has ended.

This is a cute little plastic truck, it's about 5 inches by 3 inches, about 4 inches tall. The top separates from the bottom very easily, I'm not sure if it's a design flaw or intentional, there is space to put stuff in there and the windows are blacked out, so secret compartment maybe?

No it wasn't a RC toy, it may be a promo toy for an advertiser or vendor for that brand or something. It's just a plastic toy truck.
