1. This item will not be mailed out before 3/7/13, even if GIN is used, so please don't bid if that's a problem. Due to the high cost of mailing, I am only mailing out 3 times a month as I am on a fixed income.

2. Please only bid if you really want this. I am not responsible for you changing your mind, having buyers remorse or think your paying too many credits after you've bid. I will not refund credits!
