They R not marked up banged up or dirty - they dont include their box or packaging so I would list them as good condition. Even the screw for the battery door shows no wear and the cords are in great shape.

You stated you will only ship to the lower 48 states free? Why won't you ship it to Alaska or Hawai'i free? When using USPS the shipping cost would be the same whether to New York or Honolulu?

I honestly don't know. I acquired them with a box of various toys. You can google the name of each controller & find out when they were originally marketed. Sorry I can't tell you more
