The listing, Nintendo Gameboy Pocket and 2 games has ended.

This is for a used Nintendo Gameboy Pocket. It does still work. I took a picture with it turned on where you could see it works. It is green. No scratches on screen that I can see. Runs on 2 AA batteries. Will include 2 games. PAC-MAN and POKEMON Gold Version. Both work. Thanks and God Bless!

It dont have a battery??? The batteries go in the green gb pocket. thanks

Yes, it does. Pokemon GSC carts have an internal battery that controls that time function. Because it is constantly running, they die every now and then and have to be replaced. When they die, the game state can no longer be saved and the file is erased. So basically, just check and see if it will save and still be there when you turn it back on to check if the battery still works.

foxx_unforgiven I did what you said and yes I was able to save the game and restart where I left off. I made a new file in my name(Mitzi) where the winner would see it worked.

Yes I believe so except they may only show up as black and white-not color.
