Brand new, in the box, never used! Comes with user guide and instructions! Bluetooth connected, full slide-out keyboard! Very NICE! I didn't like it because I carry my phone in a belt holster and it didn't fit! I connected it with my phone and it worked perfectly! Great for ladies who carry their phones in their pockets!

I apologize! I should have included in my description that it has a rechargeable Lithium battery with an uninterrupted work time of 30 hrs, and a standby time of 45 days. It comes with a USB charging cable that works with your iPhone USB wall charger, or your computer. Also has "hot keys" for: play/pause, FF, Rev, Volume up/dwn and mute, Screen brighten/dim and Language. It's a very nice little package!

As for whether or not it works with the 4S, it doesn't specify. However, I can see no reason why it wouldn't. But, I can't guarantee it.

It IS nice Dian (sp?). I had to think hard about putting it up for auction. But, it makes it too "wide" or thick for my preference. I like to travel light! LOL
