SO you know how those sweet cravings come through and make you want those candy bars, cookies, pies, chocolate chips, (you name it) all at once? I love chocolate, I love ice cream, I love SUGAR plain and simple, but not only am I a dancer, but eating that stuff often makes me feel physically sickish, and discouraged with myself. Well that's not right! And it doesn't have to be that way.
SO being that we are all in the same boat, my friends, I have found some awesome, convenient, and easy ways to fulfill those cravings in ways that aren't so damaging to your body or self esteem. And it DOESN'T mean neglecting yourself or even tossing sugar out all together! Little did you know, there are sugars and fats that not only aren't meant to be avoided, but are ENCOURAGED for healthier bodies, and even weightloss.
