This is the second time I've seen this kind of
pin/brooch from VAN DELL. (This one is nicer ;)

It's Sterling Silver with jelled/gelled flowers and leaves
along with engravings of a heart and scrollwork.

It weighs 4.6 grams
Measures approx. 29 mm
(see comparative with a quarter)

Pin is in excellent vintage condition with minor wear mainly on the back, consisting of scratches.
A good polishing should help with that and I leave that
to the winner.
Rollover 'C' clasp is secure and snug.
