This is a great set of colored pencils, solution and such to make color picture from your B & W! Got it years ago, but it is one of those things you get planning to do all KINDS of things, and don't.....Soooooo, I thought someone here would get it and USE IT!

I'm afraid I can't offer this with free shipping, I have to move, landlord died, so am trying to save money for rent, and so I can't offer free except on small items.
