The winner got rude through emails and said I had lack of communication. It had been there days according listia rules I have seven days to respond and deliver. So be said he was going request do a refund. I asked him are sure u don't want it. He said he did but continued to be rude. I will not put up with that. I sent in a support ticket, did as suggested, they told me to tell him to ask for a refund, because I was going refund his credits. Listia said I could not refund at this early in the process. I he whined about me asking him to request a refund, and continued to be rude and hateful. I had to block this user. So that's why.

Yes it is due to a dispute with a previous winner, had to contact listia do to harassment and refused to request a refund that I wanted done
