T-Mobile G1 phone, AKA: HTC Dream. Used. It does have some wear: finish worn on main navi button below screen and back cover has wear spot (see picture). Screen is not cracked, does have a few small scratches. It works great, battery life not great. Includes phone, battery and charger. NO SIM CARD included in this offer.

That is a good question. I bought this from my son, who used it on a regular basis and he said that the battery isn't the greatest. I will ask him details and get back asap.

BATTERY LIFE INFO:
My son said that he did replace the original battery once for $10 . The battery life depends on usage of e-mail and any other apps that use it continuously, but all in all, it's okay. He did run facebook and many other apps at the same time and that drained the battery quicker than he wanted it to. I hope that answers some of the questions on battery life. You can get replacement batteries for the G1 at this amazon link:
