The listing, Xhiliration Skinny Pants has ended.

Size 7 pants that run a little small. I usually fit a size 2, 3, 4, and sometimes (very rarely) 5 between jr and women's but these seemed to fit me well with a belt. Faded black/charcoal with an off-whiteish pinstripe pattern. Worn once, great condition. Please give 5-7 days for me to ship as I am on spring break!

Not sure, I'm fairly tall and pants tend to rise on me anyway but I'd say they're pretty average length. Unfortunately I cannot measure them since I'm on spring break and won't have access to the pants until Sunday. Sorry for any inconvenience. :/
