The listing, Cute little Halloween Tutu w/matching hair clip has ended.

Cute little orange and black tutu with candy corn ribbon and matching hair clip. All made by me! With all the stuff I have going on I don't have a matching onesie with this one but it would look adorable with a black, orange or even white shirt or onesie! Has an elastic top, ribbon is sewn on...very durable and ready for some fun! Unstretched, the top is 15 1/2" and stretched to it's max it is 32".
