Ah I wasn't sure it it was retail or not but it says on the disk "For distribution with New PC" Wasn't for sure on that since it has that on the disc. Listia took mine off for saying that n said it was OEM and it wasn't.

I've had it done to me as well. I could understand if I were selling quantities, or obviously fake items, but for the guy trying to sell one here and there I think it's ridiculous.

You can sell/list any retail copy most people already have the COA sticker so if they want to reinstall only the OS instead of the Recovery with possible Bloatware (software not needed/used by most users) then this is the way to go. This is RETAIL copies not Recovery Discs like HP/Dell/etc systems require you now to burn yourself. OEM discs are labeled discs pre-burned or Restore/Recovery by the manufacturer Retail discs have Microsoft's Name on them.

Both of my listings are discs with no key. Where do you see that I am selling a key with no disc?

FYI: in order to use these with an existing key, there is a part number on the COA label and disc. These have to be similar in order to work, for example, if the disc part number starts with X10- then the label on the PC or laptop also has to start with X10-. You cannot use Retail, VLK, or education keys with OEM discs. (picture shows "For distribution with a new PC", so this is an OEM disc, not retail. There is ways around it for the tech savy ;-)
