I am listing a brand new *Unused* Net10 prepaid Smart phone. You must purchase your own service card. That is not included. All paperwork is included. Everything that comes with it in stores is with it. All unused. Purchase price $55 plus tax

Points are points however those same points act as the currency for listia. When credits are purchased from Listia with cash, the credits have an exchange rate just as any other currencies. The value for this phone is $55 plus tax. So by applying the Listia currency exchange rate you are able to conduct fair business. You misunderstanding doesn't mean rules need to be posted to my listing causing it to appear unprofessional.

By "purchase price $55 plus tax" do you mean that that is what you paid or what you would like for the phone?

Purchase price is Retail Price. The price you would spend in stores. I would like close to that considering I can still return the product and receive full retail refund. However the entire point is to list the phone for listia users to have valuable things to bid on. And I'm ok with a slight difference as long as everything is fair. :-)

I did not ask for more money than shipping. If you want to ask a question pertaining to the rules, wouldn't it be more professional to discuss with me in private?

Also I was not responded to when my first auction was deleted when I asked for the reason. If it was against state law I'd appreciate being told so I may take my own actions in doing what I need to in order to follow your rules and state rules. If I'm not informed of what rule was violated how am I to fix it?
