magnetic bracelet, it stretches so it will fit anyone. there isn't any plastic to this bracelet, it is all glass. Very pretty. I just through in the earrings, (not magnetic)cause they will match it. Earrings don't have any wire with them. I wore this for awhile cause it did help my tendentious, but it can be worn even if you don't have that problem cause it is very dressy.
