I enjoy getting things at a discount at ROSS even if it is not my size. This was priced at $9.99, due to the flaw and I guess I was getting on the cashier's nerves I paid only $6.50 for this

Fits very well for hip sizes 40-46 depending on your shape. I think it fits all shapes.

It does NOT have any stretch to it.
This is a sundress. I think it will fit better for someone under 5'5. It will hit a bit above the knee at 5'5 and right at the knee at 5'0-5'3.

If you have a very large tummy this will not fit very well.

when i buy items I just buy them.

The breast area is pretty large. I think up to a C maybe D cup. It is very, very, lightly padded. You WILL need a bra while wearing this.

This is really cute for the spring/summer months.
If you know how to sew the strap back it is a bargain.
