I have never been able to print USPS label with postage for anything buy Priority or Express mail. If you have knowledge about how to print other class labels "with postage", please inform me.

OK, I checked with Ebay, PayPal and USPS. The only shipping labels, with included postage, that can be printed with PC are Priority and Express Mail. If I have a "postage meter" machine or and account with "stamps.com", I could print shipping labels with postage included for other classes of mail. I do not have these types of accounts. However, if any item weighs more than 13 ounces, it MUST be brought to the Post Office for mailing. Only Priority and Express mail with included postage, that wiegh over 13 ounces, can be picked up at home by the carrier

Thanks. This 1st class Mail and Media Mail options have not been disclosed to me by either EBAY or PAYPAL. When I called them, they both said these two options do not exists. So apparently, EBAY and PAYPAL employees do not know what their respective employers offer. Thanks again for the info.
