This is put out by Disney Pixar Cars 2. It's for kids 5yrs. old and up. they can make their own Meon sign. The wire lights up like neon! Any kid would love to have this in their bed room for a night light or just a fun light. It is new! Everything is there. The box isn't perfect but it hasn't been taken out of the package! It will make Lightning McQueen or they can make their own design. Choose a design , snap in the pegs, thread the meon wire. It does take 2 AA batteries, not included. Right now I can't do free shipping on anything. I've done too much and got too much going out. I'm sorry! But I will keep it as cheap as possible!
