oh, sorry no there is nothing wrong with the bills at all...there is just certain people on here that will scan and print everything they can and list in their own auctions.

Yeah...I have mine scanned and relisted on here...but they don't mention that they are emailed to the winner til after the auction ends...when the winner requests a refund the seller waits out the 5 days til Listia automatically refunds it (but by then the seller has spent the credits and started a new account).

They do get rid of them...but...it's easy to get another account under a different name.
