Wow! This hat is so awesome. It's very slouchy .... meaning that the opening is large enough to go from top of forehead to under nape of hair at neck. It has a wide band all the way around.. Depending on your head size , it might require a bobby pin, (to keep your hair from pulling it down). It fits me perfectly so should fit most women. These hats are always newly made but I do try them on to make sure that there are not any imperfections. This is a beautiful, bright turquoise and very soft yarn. Wouldn't this be pretty with red hair? Any way have a blast wearing this beautiful hat.
