The listing, 500+ Primula Candelabra Seeds, Mixed Species has ended.

This is a generous packet of seed containing various hardy, perennial Primula from the candelabra (prolifera) section. It includes P. burmanica, P. japonica, P. chungensis, P. pulverulenta, P. prolifera. There will be a wide range of colors from the palest pink through yellow, orange & deep pink to red.
Sow them in a large shallow pot in sterile potting mix, then place it outside to stratify during winter. The seedlings will pop up like crazy in the spring! Plant them out when large enough in the shade and give them rich, moist soil.

As long as you have a good stretch of cold in the winter with temps down to the 30's for a few weeks they will do great! It's the cold that they need for the seed to germinate and for the plants to rest while producing flowers for the next year.

They should.....as long as you have a few weeks of cold winter weather. the seeds need some good, freezing temps. to germinate.
