The listing, Brown Purse w Tassles/Possibly Vintage has ended.

This purse is very unique. I believe that it is old, possibly from the 70s?
It feels like real leather, including the tassles. I can't find a name on it and I don't know enough about it to know if it is for sure vintage or not. There is some wear and a small scuff mark on the front (as shown in the picture), but no rips or tears.
