No the battery does not work, i guess i should have checked that before posting this and the ring is im guessing size 6 or 7.

is the ring a sterling silver or have any markings on it?

None of the diamonds are missing on the watch or ring and the ring i don't know if it is sterling silver i bought it from like Younker's or a store like that, Sorry. The only thing wrong is is that the battery doesn't work.
