Your Right~ They are Vintage. Probably made in Italy and are Micro-Mosaic.
Very nice! I did notice some green verdigris. If anyone wants to know a good way to remove this just ask me. Fanned and bidding!

Oh they are pretty! Your wise to let the winner clean, verdigris (green gunk) can destroy plating even with proper cleaning but its a chance I would take!
