FREE: 2 Sets Of Nail Polish Stickers

I run a nail art shop (among other things) and have recently ordered this product to sell (since I can sell it for 99 cents to my customers who cannot afford the expencive brands) and these do not come with a nail file. Just an FYI.
Even most better brands don't (kiss, etc.) .. Usually the only ones that do include nail file are Sally Hansen brand.
I primarily stock Kiss, those are nice, quality ones (not saying yours are junk, they are still very nice:) and they don't even have a nail file.
Which makes me wonder - WHY? I have noticed that, along the last few months I've been stocking these products almost none have files. How easy is it to throw in a simple nail file, so the users don't have to go buy one or use their own, etc.?
I guess though, it makes sense.
Because one nail file lasts forever dang near it. If you had one in every set, you'd end up with a ton of extra files laying around.
