Forever 21 Blouse very gently worn in perfect condition. The strings tie in the back. And it's blue and white pin stripe shirt with sorta like pleats across the bust line. It's a really cute shirt.

Ok Sweetheart I would imagine that with that brand which is more that likely a teenager store. That is would run about an s or med. Probably more like a med. All it say is it's a size 8 That's all it says. it's an adorable shirts. from the shoulder down it's 29" it's supposed to be longer because it ties in the back. and from arm pit to arm pit its 40" up and down on the bust line it has like little gathers. That's really all i can say. My guess would be it would be closer to a size med.
