We have this very same cookbook & have to admit that I really like the recipes that we’ve tried so far! We bought ours to incorporate more healthy eating habits into our meals. Although the cookbook is geared toward simple secrets to get your kids eating GOOD FOOD, you will be surprised at how adults can benefit from eating healthier also!
This would make a great gift for any parent of young kids as well! And the winner will receive a few tips of advice from me to how I took simple shortcuts that vary from this cookbook that made my preparation A LOT easier & it cut down the time I was in the kitchen compared to what it states in the cookbook!
