battery holds a charge, and camera does power on and take pix. comes with charger, battery and camera. NO memory card!! they can be bought at wal-mart and i am sure you can still find them online. THis is an AS-IS auction. no refunds. this was one of the first camera that was digital and had interchangeable lens (DSRL)

I have the exact model. It takes fantastic pictures. Beware when buying a memory card though. This camera only supports up to 16mb card. Mine came with a 64 mb card which is only 71 pictures.
