This Universal Digital Copy code comes from a factory insert inside the Blu-Ray box set.
Only the code from the 1st movie in the trilogy is being offered in this auction.

This code will give you the option to download or stream the movie in one of the following 2 ways:

- Windows Media Video player (WMV)

This digital code does not appear to give you an Ultraviolet (UV) copy in the cloud.

This code comes from a recent Blu-Ray trilogy boxed set purchase, however I am unaware if this gives you a SD or HD version of the 1st movie.
