Discs are in very good condition. Comes in paperboard box.

does it have scratches? does it skip?

Disc 4 is the only one that has any notable scratches or blemishes (a few light surface scratches). All the other discs are in very good or like new condition. I have not personally played/tested any of these discs for playability.
