The listing, WICCAN TRAVEL ALTAR BOX FREE SHIP has ended.

Up for auction is a WICCAN ALTAR TRAVEL BOX handmade by me. It is made of CEDAR with a multi-layered high gloss finish. On each corner there are antiqued corner findings. The pentacle is carved deeply into the wood and is filled with silver liquid. The inside has not been varnished to allow the beautiful aroma of the CEDAR wood. Inside the box, I hand sewn a Silk pillow, inserting an Oak leaf clipping from my own tree which is almost 100 yrs old. (Pic # 5) It is hinged on the back. This was made with ESTAW (Listian seller) in mind. She makes fantastic and powerful travel altars. These would fit perfectly in this box. I recommend you check out her auctions to see what I'm talking about.
The box measures 5 1/2"W x 2 1/4"H x 3 1/4"D
I have a few others in the works and 2 that are just giving me fits, so these will be far and between I suspect. I will not post until I am satisfied they are all unique and special boxes.

sorry you feel that way. But you should remember that this isn't a store bought, cookie cutter box either. It doesn't have a very thin spray of varnish or just a stamp for design. It has many hours (even days) of hand work and curing time involved. This piece has been re-done twice because I didn't like the cheap way it turned out the first time so I had to start over. That's the care and quality I put into my altar boxes.

ppl have asked me why I don't just delete comments like bobby1234567. I don't delete because ev1 is entitled to their opinion regardless. I don't want any of my buyers to think I have anything to hide with my auctions by deleting comments. (harassment I just report) Buyers that know my auctions know I do not fabricate my items and I leave it up to them to decide my worth on here. Not everyone knows what I auction off is; and I don't know what some items are either. That's why I ask questions and I don't mind explaining what my items are to those that ask/comment. Some ppl think my start amount is to high. That's fine. Like an antique dealer I knew once said, "It may be an antique and worth thousands, but it's only worth what the public is willing to pay."
I also won't get into a 'yelling match' with a fellow Listian. That category goes under" Contact Listia Moderator.

You're right on the time SweetPea. If I don't like how a box is going, I start over. It's takes me longer than most I suspect because I have carple tunnel and a pinched nerve in my neck that bothers me quiet a bit. I've had 2 ppl ask me to do one for them. I'm working on a 12"W x 24"L box with the person's own design. That one is goitake me a while. I'm also in the process of carving the sign of Hectate's Wheel. So far, it's going great. Bless the Goddess. I really appreciate your support SweetPea. also a fan lol
